You will lead a team of 13, building on their strengths and maximizing execution to grow revenues and membership. We'll also look to you to help ensure we are taking full advantage of Internet/new media marketing opportunities. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have expertise in direct marketing, but just as important will be strong management skills, including the ability to lead effectively in a complex, matrix environment. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide leadership to a team that includes two Department Managers, five Marketing Specialists, an Internet Manager, a Marketing Analyst and four other team members in creative and production roles. Quick question for you - click here

Marketing and Member Services is the primary driver of direct marketing activities that promote membership, education, and products and services essential to the Notary profession, and we operate across the US through direct mail, online marketing and telemarketing. We also support NNA's Employer Services Group, currently serving leading organizations in banking and financial services, insurance, legal services, government, health care, and other industries.

You will manage all aspects of the Marketing and Membership Services Group including research, planning, budgeting, implementation and analysis. This will involve ensuring that marketing activities support the business and strategic objectives defined by Executive Management and meet financial goals of the Association. With focus on results, you will lead the Group toward revenue growth and improved membership value.

One of your key objectives as you come on board will be to assess all aspects of Marketing and Member Services with an eye to organizing the group to support focus on high-potential activities, flawless execution and effective communication. We're not talking about reinventing the wheel, but rather using your common sense and analytical abilities to see what's working well and what can be done better.

Another area of concentration will be bringing a new level of proactive focus to grow our online presence and new media marketing efforts.

When you join our team, you will participate in a structured education program that introduces you to the Notary profession and provides you the essential knowledge and understanding of what it is to be a Notary and how the NNA serves the nearly 5 million US Notaries Public.
