Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Member Services, you will oversee five skilled Program Managers focusing on high priority states and/or product lines, in addition to a Marketing Assistant who will support the entire team. You will be part of a collaborative group environment, working closely with our interactive, creative and production teams. You'll be a peer to the existing Group Manager and a new Interactive Marketing Manager.

You will assume responsibility for the marketing budgets and resources (internal staffing and outside vendors) associated with direct mail and outbound telemarketing activities, among other "traditional" marketing programs. Your top priority will be to have an immediate impact on growing revenues by implementing results-driven traditional marketing programs, including direct mail and outbound telemarketing. You also will identify any resource gaps and make recommendations for additional internal or external resources.

Your initial objectives will include: Each of our employees goes through a structured education program that provides the essential knowledge of the Notary Public profession and develops important understanding of how the NNA serves the nearly 5 million Notaries.
