More about Your Role
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, you will join a team that drives marketing communication activities promoting membership, education, and service products essential to the Notary profession, connecting with our members through direct mail, online marketing, and telemarketing.
The Program Manager role has broad-ranging responsibilities beyond member communication, so you also possess strong organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, develop new ideas and programs with a careful eye on the P&L, and the flexibility to handle an ever-changing environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
The Marketing team consists of program managers, an online/interactive team and a full production/creative staff. In addition, we regularly interact with Communications, IT, Customer Relations, Corporate Services and Educational Services groups within the Association. Collaborative communication skills, therefore, are critical to this role.
When you join our Team, you will participate in a structured education program that introduces you to the Notary profession and provides you the essential knowledge and understanding of what it is to be a Notary and how the NNA serves the nearly 5 million US Notaries Public.
