- Familiarity with Windows Servers: Windows Server 2008- 2012, Windows XP, Windows 7, and future versions of the Windows Operating System.
- Experience with MAC OS and UNIX or Linux.
- Call center experience could be a good fit for this role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, friendly personality and the ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.

It's also important to note that some lifting is required with moving computers around at workstations. You'll spend a lot of time on your feet, walking around and using the stairs.

The Role
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, as Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of activities including desktop support, to special assignments given by your supervisor. In addition to your help desk activities, you'll spend your time on the daily management of NNA’s servers and storage infrastructure, monitoring systems backups, fixing broken systems and troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. On a daily basis you’ll leverage your experience with Windows Operating System 7, printers, VoIP, general troubleshooting skills and more to support clients company-wide. - Serve as first level help desk support

- Troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues
- Monitor, resolve, and escalate JIRA help desk tickets
- Support VoIP phone system and SaaS call center ACD
- Document service issues and requirements; maintain troubleshooting guides and process documents
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Oversee system administration with respect to vulnerability and patch management for Windows desktops and servers (2003, 2008, and 2012) and clients (Windows 7 and Mac)
- Handle basic server support
- Oversee daily administration of MS 0365
- Support NNA’s IT policies and procedures
- Handle regular system monitoring and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Support Call Center systems Tier II as needed
- Fulfill other duties/projects as assigned
When you come in in the morning, you’ll log into the system (we use a JIRA ticketing system), prioritize and work tickets and escalate issues or reassign as necessary. You will be responsible for documenting issues and maintaining troubleshooting guides in the IT knowledgebase. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on help desk issues, and the remainder of your time will be spent on system admin and other special projects.
