Consider: the National Notary Association (NNA) has some 250,000 members, but there are almost 5 million Notaries Public in the US. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a demonstrated ability to create and implement interactive marketing programs that drive revenue. In addition to having experience with overall accountability for interactive marketing programs, you'll need the technical savvy (including hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Java and Flash) to understand the technology landscape and translate opportunity into results. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Member Services, you will oversee a very skilled Online Program Manager as well as an Interactive Specialist who will provide administrative and functional support. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment, closely interacting with our creative, production and traffic teams. You'll be a peer to the existing Group Manager and a new Direct Marketing Manager. Marketing & Member Services also includes five Program Managers with specific areas of concentration related to state/regional goals and product lines who will rely on your leadership to ensure that their programs fully leverage online and interactive tools.
Your top priority will be to have an immediate impact by analyzing the current online programs and channel, and making recommendations for immediate improvements directed to growing revenues. You also will identify any resource gaps and make recommendations for additional internal or external resources. For example, we currently have limited in-house design expertise for online programs, so you will help determine the best way to fill that gap. Ultimately you will be responsible for revenue resulting from interactive marketing programs, including e-commerce revenue.
